2010 United States Basketball Association Franchises are now availible to investors. The USBA will operate all teams until they are acquired by a team owner. The USBA will offer franchises only in the months of August and September of each year. All teams in the USBA are goverened by the Board of Directors of the USBA. The USBA retains all copyrights and trademarks of all of it's teams, as well as to all materials and information pertaining to the USBA and it's teams, any violation or unauthorized usage of USBA format, logos, materials, names, product information or any other materials related to the USBA is prohibited. Any violation of USBA rights or materials will be prosecuted to the extent of all applicable laws.
